Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of software delivery for various client engagements, including Dedicated Teams, Staff Augmentation, and Fixed Price projects.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance to ensure high performance and quality outputs.
• Identify risks and issues proactively, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for clients and internal management.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or in a similar role within software development environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience working with remote teams and managing client relationships effectively.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
