Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing graphics for various media including print and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing materials that resonate with our audience.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity that aligns with One Acre Fund's mission and values.
• Produce high-quality illustrations, infographics, and layouts for reports, brochures, and social media.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve design quality and creativity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a non-profit or social impact setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
