Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain information security frameworks, including ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance security measures and support continuous monitoring of security protocols.
• Develop and update security policies, procedures, and documentation to reflect best practices.
• Provide training and awareness programs for staff to promote security best practices across the organization.
• Stay current with emerging security trends and technologies to proactively address potential threats.
• Participate in incident response activities and facilitate investigations into security breaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Information Security Engineer or similar role within the corporate IT environment.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, particularly ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II.
• Experience with security tools and technologies such as IDS/IPS, firewalls, and SIEM solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are preferred.
