Responsibilities

• Design and implement security measures to protect our applications from vulnerabilities and threats.
• Conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor application security trends and provide guidance on best practices and emerging threats.
• Participate in the incident response process and assist in the resolution of security incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in application security, with a strong understanding of secure coding practices.
• Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies such as SAST, DAST, and OWASP frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud security concepts and technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
