Responsibilities

• Ensure the accurate and timely loading and unloading of trucks and containers.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy within the distribution center.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and fulfill orders efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications related to logistics is a plus.
• Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and warehouse equipment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
