Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration of global benefits programs across the U.S., India, Canada, and the UK.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including leave administration, open enrollment, and vendor coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and leave policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as People, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliance and accuracy in benefits delivery.
- Continuously evaluate and improve benefits offerings to align with employee needs and organizational goals.
- Conduct market research to benchmark benefits programs and recommend enhancements as necessary.
- Participate in benefits communication initiatives to educate employees about available options and resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state benefits regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in benefits administration software and HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
