Job Description

This is a remote position based in Brazil. As a Pricing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the rollout of listing-based pricing across various markets. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing current pricing strategies, proposing necessary adjustments, and collaborating with both local and global teams to ensure successful implementation. You will also be responsible for defining clear targets and maintaining a consistent rollout schedule as we expand into new countries.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current pricing models and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to align on pricing strategies.
• Implement listing-based pricing rollout with defined targets.
• Develop and maintain a steady weekly cadence for project updates.
• Shape the evolution of the pricing model for future growth.
• Own and track ARPU (average revenue per user) metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience in pricing strategy or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with SaaS or healthcare platforms is a plus.
