Role Overview

As a Senior AI Engineer at our innovative tech company, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing the AI systems for our voice platform. This includes creating advanced real-time streaming transcription, intelligent reformatting, context-aware mention detection, and voice-to-action pipelines. This high-impact, hands-on position allows you to push the boundaries of voice interfaces within a productivity tool utilized by millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize real-time speech-to-text pipelines, including streaming automatic speech recognition (ASR), voice activity detection (VAD), and audio processing.
• Enhance transcription accuracy by incorporating context injection techniques, such as user names, team identifiers, custom vocabulary, and language detection.
• Develop and maintain large language model (LLM)-powered post-processing features, including grammar correction, filler removal, mention resolution, and formatting improvements.
• Create voice-to-action systems capable of parsing natural language inputs into structured commands for the workspace environment.
• Evaluate and benchmark existing AI models and solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency in our voice platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice functionalities seamlessly into our broader product ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing AI and machine learning applications, particularly in speech recognition and natural language processing.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with real-time data processing frameworks and cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of AI frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
