Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative architectural designs that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present design proposals, including 3D models and renderings, to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 1-5 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably within a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and completed projects is required for application.
