Responsibilities

  • Monitor support tickets to ensure timely responses and resolutions.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the development team to communicate feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Stay current with product updates and industry trends to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a technical support role, preferably within the software or technology industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with mobile applications and payment processing systems is a plus.
