Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to existing clients, ensuring they maximize the value of Zuora solutions.
  • Align Zuora's offerings with customers’ strategic goals to enhance their Order-to-Revenue processes.
  • Conduct strategic workshops and deliver tailored roadmaps for customers to optimize their implementation.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide ongoing optimizations to adapt to their evolving business landscape.
  • Identify challenges and opportunities within customer operations, guiding them towards effective solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments within the Subscription Economy to inform customer strategies.
  • Measure and report on business outcomes, demonstrating the impact of Zuora’s solutions on customer revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a solution architect role, ideally within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Strong understanding of billing systems, CPQ processes, and subscription-based business models.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client engagements simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Zuora's platform and other ERP systems is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend industry events.
