Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science and related technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of commercial experience as a Data Scientist.
• At least 3 years of experience with data manipulation libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.
• Proficiency in Python programming for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data findings into business strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
