Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and create engaging materials that highlight Lemon's innovative solutions in hiring.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for Lemon to stand out as a thought leader in engineering recruitment.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Work closely with the founder to refine the company's voice and messaging across all platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a communications role, preferably within the tech or recruitment industry.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
