Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions for various projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored AI solutions.
• Utilize Python and other programming languages to develop robust AI applications.
• Work with Vector Databases, such as Pinecone and Weaviate, to enhance data processing and analysis.
• Participate in team meetings and provide insights based on your expertise in AI technologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and help them grow their skills in AI development.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and bring innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in applying AI technologies to practical solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python; familiarity with other programming languages is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Vector Databases, specifically Pinecone or Weaviate.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule without micromanagement.
• Excellent communication skills to interact directly with clients, many of whom have technical backgrounds.
• Experience in a startup environment is preferred.
