Responsibilities

- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform policy development and improve organizational culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a focus on employee relations.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, particularly those related to age discrimination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and programs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Certification in HR (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP) is a plus.
