Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions for open positions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies, maintaining records and reporting as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and best practices in employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
