Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of carbon projects across various global regions, ensuring alignment with environmental goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess carbon offset opportunities, including reforestation and renewable energy initiatives.
• Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring transparency and adherence to regulations and standards.
• Engage with local communities and partners to foster relationships and enhance project impact.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to carbon management and climate initiatives.
• Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and updates to senior management and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in environmental or sustainability projects.
• Strong understanding of carbon offset projects and climate change mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
