Key Responsibilities

Change Strategy & Planning

  • Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis for various change initiatives.
  • Assess change impact on people, processes, systems, and culture.
  • Define the scope of change, readiness, risks, and success measures.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with business objectives and program goals.
  • Integrate change milestones and plans with overall project plans and milestones.

Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement

  • Lead alignment with senior stakeholders and project sponsors to define success metrics for change initiatives.
  • Monitor, measure, and actively communicate these metrics to all stakeholders involved.
  • Provide structured support to leaders and teams to foster a culture of change readiness and adaptability.

Implementation & Sustainability

  • Facilitate training and workshops aimed at embedding change within the organization.
  • Ensure open lines of communication throughout the change process.
  • Develop tools and resources to support ongoing change management efforts.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or a related area.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to assess complex situations effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholder levels.
  • Experience with change management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
