Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and resources efficiently to ensure the program’s sustainability.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social sciences, international relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, specifically in the non-profit sector.
• Strong understanding of global inequality issues, particularly in the Global South.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and capacity building.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required for program-related activities.
