Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to policyholders and providers by efficiently handling inquiries.
- Thoroughly research issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support a wide range of customer needs across Group Insurance products, including Disability, Life, Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Paid Leave.
- Assist customers with straightforward policy questions and more complex claim-related inquiries.
- Utilize multiple internal systems and resources to investigate, resolve, and communicate effective solutions.
- Listen actively to customer concerns, analyze information, and communicate clearly to help customers understand their benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service or insurance is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using multiple software systems and computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
