Requirements
- Must be located in Barcelona, Spain.
- Native level proficiency in Portuguese and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and an open-minded attitude.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy.
- Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
