About the Role

As a Senior Customer Engineer, you will be pivotal in assisting our enterprise customers with complex integrations and ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Enterprise Customer Implementations: Oversee the complete technical onboarding and implementation process for strategic enterprise customers, ensuring successful deployment and platform integration.
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Act as the primary technical resource for customers, offering insights and solutions tailored to their specific needs.
  • Conduct Advanced Workshops: Facilitate workshops aimed at empowering customers and maximizing the use of our tools and technologies.
  • Influence Product Development: Collaborate with product teams to convey customer feedback and requirements, shaping the direction of our offerings.
  • Foster Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support Troubleshooting Efforts: Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and offer timely resolutions to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of web development technologies and integration processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers across the EMEA region.
