About the Role

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Experience with SaaS products is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer success tools.
- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
