Responsibilities

• Manage security and operational incidents from initiation to resolution, ensuring thorough investigation, coordination, and response.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders during data breach incidents, providing updates and guidance throughout the process.
• Conduct comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify underlying issues and develop preventive measures to avert future incidents.
• Utilize modern security tools and technologies to monitor, analyze, and respond to threats in real-time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance incident response protocols and security procedures.
• Document all incidents, investigations, and response actions for reporting and compliance purposes.
• Stay updated on the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and threat intelligence to ensure proactive defense strategies.

Requirements

• Fluency in Ukrainian is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Proven experience in incident response, security operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions.
• Familiarity with security frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are preferred but not mandatory.
