Responsibilities
- Generate new business for CardioMEMS and expand existing accounts within the Northern UK region, from Birmingham to Scotland.
- Own and manage regional performance, operating independently while aligning with the Country Manager for UK and Ireland.
- Identify market opportunities and develop regional growth strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Set clear sales objectives and translate them into actionable plans in collaboration with Territory Managers.
- Lead account planning and market access initiatives to enhance product adoption.
- Drive the execution of account strategies to achieve sales targets effectively.
- Support key customers and stakeholders to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction and clinical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales management role, ideally within the healthcare or medical device sectors.
- Strong understanding of cardiovascular products, particularly in heart failure management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong customer relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive and strategic mindset, with a passion for improving patient outcomes.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
