Responsibilities

  • Generate new business for CardioMEMS and expand existing accounts within the Northern UK region, from Birmingham to Scotland.
  • Own and manage regional performance, operating independently while aligning with the Country Manager for UK and Ireland.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop regional growth strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Set clear sales objectives and translate them into actionable plans in collaboration with Territory Managers.
  • Lead account planning and market access initiatives to enhance product adoption.
  • Drive the execution of account strategies to achieve sales targets effectively.
  • Support key customers and stakeholders to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction and clinical excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales management role, ideally within the healthcare or medical device sectors.
  • Strong understanding of cardiovascular products, particularly in heart failure management.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
