Responsibilities

• Oversee operational readiness and health of data center fleet, including COLO and BTS sites.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain operational excellence.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution of necessary tasks.
• Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to standards and implement corrective actions when required.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
• Manage a growing portfolio of landlord-operated and purpose-built facilities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders on operational performance and challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical program management or project management within data center operations.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, networking, and storage.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with audit processes and compliance frameworks is a plus.
