Responsibilities
- Oversee operational readiness and health of data center fleet, including COLO and BTS sites.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain operational excellence.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution of necessary tasks.
- Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to standards and implement corrective actions when required.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Manage a growing portfolio of landlord-operated and purpose-built facilities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders on operational performance and challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical program management or project management within data center operations.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, networking, and storage.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with audit processes and compliance frameworks is a plus.
