Responsibilities

  • Drive customer loyalty and increase adoption of Trellix solutions across various levels, from system administrators to Chief Security Officers.
  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and articulate the value of Trellix products and services.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and training sessions to enhance customer knowledge and utilization of Trellix solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, and product management, to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
  • Monitor customer progress and provide regular updates to management on customer health and satisfaction metrics.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and ongoing communication.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and solutions to existing customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role within the technology or cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and convey them in an accessible manner to various audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction and business objectives.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
