Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in Denmark, specifically in the southern region such as Odense, ensuring proactive communication and relationship building.
- Apply independent judgment under limited supervision to drive project success and compliance, cultivating effective relationships with internal and external partners.
- Ensure timely issue resolution and consistent service delivery, especially in high-touch hospital environments.
- Document project progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management within a healthcare or medical technology setting.
- Strong understanding of patient monitoring systems and hospital operations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Danish is a significant advantage.
