  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely resolution of issues.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to share insights, discuss performance, and outline future opportunities for growth.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to educate customers about new features and best practices.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Samsara's solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in technology or IoT sectors.
  • Strong understanding of customer success metrics and experience using data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM and customer success software tools is a plus.
