Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in client services, onboarding, or customer success roles.
• Proven track record of successful client management and onboarding processes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building relationships.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using various software tools and platforms to manage onboarding tasks.
• Experience with automation and AI tools is a plus.
