Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to SMB clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional service and solve customer issues.
  • Monitor customer feedback and translate insights into actionable strategies for improvement.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to assess their satisfaction and growth.
  • Guide customers on best practices to maximize their use of our platform and services.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our offerings.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer value.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or related roles, preferably within the SMB market.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with HR technology and global employment compliance is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • A passion for helping customers succeed and a desire to contribute to innovative solutions.
