Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and transactions.

- Stay updated on best practices and industry standards related to billing and reimbursement.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage patient inquiries.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or billing environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Familiarity with billing procedures and insurance terminology is a plus.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Must be based in the state of Illinois for remote work eligibility.
