Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of IoT technologies and their application in various industries.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and achieving renewal and expansion targets.
