About the Role

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of IoT technologies and their application in various industries.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and achieving renewal and expansion targets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
