Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Engage with customers via multiple channels, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service delivery.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff, ensuring a high level of service is maintained.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
• Support promotional events and seasonal campaigns, ensuring customers are informed and engaged.
• Be available for extended hours during peak seasons, particularly from mid-November to mid-January.
• Adapt to business needs, including working weekends and holidays as required.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in Canada for the duration of the contract.
• Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week, including at least one weekend day.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a reliable and fast internet connection.
• Comfortable using customer service software and other digital tools.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Must have a private workspace that minimizes distractions.
• Availability on December 26th and adherence to blackout dates for time off.
