Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for multiple complex customer implementations.
  • Engage with technical and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project mobilization and execution.
  • Lead customer engagements from initiation through production launch, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Algolia’s product suite and post-sale offerings to effectively guide customers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance product usage.
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables, ensuring they align with client expectations and requirements.
  • Provide training and support to customers to maximize their use of Algolia’s services.
  • Analyze customer feedback and engagement data to continuously improve onboarding strategies and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in customer onboarding, project management, or technical account management.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and the technical aspects of software implementations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Experience with data analysis and customer engagement metrics is a plus.
