Responsibilities

• Lead the global process and technology strategy for metals manufacturing technologies, including machining, plating, loose piece stamping, and hermetic manufacturing processes.
• Act as a critical link between product development, manufacturing engineering, operations, and strategic supply chain partners.
• Develop and execute technology roadmaps that align with business objectives and enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Establish best practices and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing productivity, quality, and cost performance.
• Provide technical direction and organizational influence across multiple manufacturing sites and strategic suppliers worldwide.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure robust and scalable manufacturing solutions are implemented across the enterprise.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and process enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing and process development engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of LEAN principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
