Responsibilities

  • Drive the TEOA (TE Connectivity Operating Advantage) Business System to achieve benchmark and excellence across all operational areas.
  • Support Lighthouse sites in their 18-month engagement roadmap to effectively deploy TEOA initiatives.
  • Organize and facilitate Kaizen events and large Value Stream Mapping (VSM) workshops across cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Provide an external perspective to regularly assess and enhance the management system.
  • Develop a comprehensive Processes & Excellence framework to integrate more sites into Lighthouse Initiatives and their respective journeys.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder management through regular interactions with Sales, Operations/Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, Finance, Project Management, and other relevant departments.
  • Lead and support Value Drivers and Enablers as defined at the ACL Sector level.
  • Map, align, and document end-to-end processes related to quotations, order fulfillment, customer issue resolution, and other commercial tasks.
  • Assist in prioritizing Hoshin X Matrix objectives, providing coaching and mentorship to team members.
  • Establish tiered training structures for process deployment and ensure adherence at a global level.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in training and coaching team members in process improvement methodologies.
