About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Offensive Security Engineer to strengthen our organization's cybersecurity posture. This critical role involves proactively testing and identifying vulnerabilities across various external and internal infrastructures. You will be responsible for security testing, continuous monitoring, and reconnaissance across all external domains, websites, public IP blocks, and DNS configurations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, map, and test the entire external attack surface, including all external domains, subdomains, websites, and public IP addresses.
• Conduct adversary emulation exercises against internal and office endpoints to assess the effectiveness of EDR, XDR, and SOC monitoring platforms.
• Evaluate the security posture of physical office hardware and corporate network equipment.
• Conduct scoped offensive testing on external systems to identify and exploit vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with IT, Network Engineering, SOC, and Security teams to convert findings into enhanced perimeter controls, firewall rules, and defensive strategies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of security assessments and findings.
• Stay updated on the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in offensive security, penetration testing, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with EDR, XDR, and SOC monitoring platforms.
• Familiarity with network protocols, security controls, and vulnerability management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH, or equivalent are preferred.
