Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver a variety of projects, including customer implementations, agency projects, and internal product launches.
• Utilize regional and local resources to support project goals effectively.
• Adhere strictly to IPCM procedures as well as the OneTouch Project methodology for reporting and documentation.
• Manage project risks proactively to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate local, regional, and global projects, ensuring communication across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with the CSS IPCM Competency Matrix requirements.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and facilitate project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a remote or hybrid working environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in a multinational context is highly desirable.
• Ability to travel periodically based on project needs, with a focus on in-office collaboration as required in specific regions.
