Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner and commercial force multiplier for field sales, providing analytical support and customer-centric solutions.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on pricing strategies and commercial initiatives across the enterprise.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive pricing strategies to inform company pricing decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in pricing strategy, commercial negotiation, or business development, preferably within a technology or data-driven company.
  • Proven track record of managing complex deals and commercial initiatives in a B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform pricing strategies.
