Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance and practical solutions to business clients regarding banking matters.
• Support legal and regulatory matters, including advice and contract drafting/reviewing within investment banks.
• Analyze new business initiatives and products/services from a legal perspective.
• Proactively monitor and ensure compliance with domestic and international legal requirements.
• Foster a culture of compliance and awareness within the organization.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders, delivering tailored commercial advice.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking, regulatory compliance, or banking finance.
• In-house legal experience is preferred, either directly or as a secondee.
• Strong commercial understanding and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex legal issues and providing clear, actionable advice.
