Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and drive growth in Southeast Asia, specifically in Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gain buy-in for distribution strategies and initiatives.
- Manage distributor relationships to enhance sales growth and profitability through effective business planning and alignment on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee Go-to-Market (GtN) strategies, including pricing strategy and allocation of advertising and promotional budgets.
- Provide operational support in areas such as forecasting and order management to ensure seamless execution of plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer development, sales, or business development within the consumer products industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing distributor partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships.
- Knowledge of the pet nutrition market and local market dynamics in Southeast Asia is preferred.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
