Responsibilities
- Process returns and refunds efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Assist stockists with order inquiries to facilitate smooth operations.

Requirements
- Proven experience in customer experience or operations management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, preferably Shopify.
