Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and providers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Handle a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, maintaining professionalism and empathy at all times.
- Perform back office tasks following standard operating procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with health insurance policies and procedures.
- Assist in special projects as assigned by the Concierge Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software; familiarity with health insurance concepts is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings and events.
