Responsibilities

- Support the Concierge Operations Manager with daily operational tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Familiarity with health insurance terminology is advantageous.
- Proficient in using customer service software and technology platforms.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Must reside in Georgia to qualify for this remote position.
