Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the health insurance or related industry.

- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Must reside in Arizona and be available for occasional travel for team meetings and company events.
