Responsibilities

  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work in a fast-paced environment.
