Responsibilities
- Lead the Oracle HCM remediation and optimization initiative, focusing on system improvements and integrations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design technical solutions that align with business needs.
- Manage the development and deployment of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Oversee the creation and management of reports using BI Publisher and HCM Extracts, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and support for system enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and implementing best practices.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users on new features and functionalities of the Oracle HCM system.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Oracle Cloud HCM and related technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis with a focus on Oracle HCM.
- Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM, including experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), VBCS, and BI Publisher.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in data governance and security practices in a healthcare environment is a plus.
- Oracle certifications related to HCM would be an advantage.
