Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday implementation, with a strong focus on payroll.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale HR technology projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Certifications in Workday Payroll or related qualifications are a plus.
