Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and training sessions to ensure customers are fully utilizing our software tools effectively.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide value-added insights to customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related field within the software industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical proficiency in software solutions, ideally within the software supply chain and security domain.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decisions and strategies.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
